Sync not working?

Did you mean Sync or Update?

Update fetches the latest data of your connections such as Job Title, Location, Email/Phone if available...
Sync syncs the latest state of your Connections such as NEW Connections, Disconnected etc.

IF you are sure that it's Sync here's a couple of pointers:

If your app.leaddelta.com window is open 24/7, you'll have to refresh it to automatically start (MacOS: Command + R or Windows: CTRL + R). Otherwise if you just opened it within 24hrs the Sync will start automatically.
You can also go to settings and initiate Sync manually every 15 minutes, here: https://app.leaddelta.com/settings/extension
