syncs the latest state from LinkedIn to LeadDelta (i.e. NEW connections).

When you join LeadDelta for the first time you're agreeing to sync your connections and it's an automated action that will pull in all your current 1st-degree connections.

|| Auto Sync runs every 24 hours. You can sync your connections manually once every 15 minutes, if needed.

What to look for if you're having issues logging in?

If you are having trouble logging into your LeadDelta account, first, make sure your LeadDelta extension is running on the latest available version. Secondly, make sure to turn off any ad blocker extensions you have installed in your web browser.

LeadDelta requires certain permissions and connections to sync with your LinkedIn profile, which aggressive ad blockers can interfere with. Extensions like Privacy Badger and other similar ad blockers may prevent LeadDelta from connecting to your LinkedIn account during the login process.

To resolve this: Disable or turn off your ad blocker extension in your browser settings. Here’s how:

Go to: chrome://extensions/
Locate the extension you want to turn off
Toggle OFF
Refresh the LeadDelta login page and try signing in again

Other Aggressive Ad Blockers

Even if you don’t have Privacy Badger specifically, other ad blockers that are very strict or aggressive in blocking content may also interfere with LeadDelta’s ability to sync with LinkedIn.

If you continue to have issues logging in after disabling your ad blocker, try these additional troubleshooting steps.

This is the main and most significant differentiator. We strive to be the most complied app with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service.

Here’s how:

How to Disconnect from a Connection on LinkedIn/Remove from LeadDelta

In case you no longer want to be a connection with someone, you just need to find that specific connection and then click on the ${color}#7b219f (⋯) - More Menu - on the right-hand side of the connection row and select Disconnect/Remove option.

A popup will appear where you will need to confirm the action and choose the right option for you, so you can:

Disconnect from LinkedIn - this would keep the connection as a LeadDelta connection, but disconnect from it on LinkedIn
Remove from LeadDelta - this would just remove your connection from LeadDelta

| You can turn the switch to ON state for both switches and in that case, the connection will both be disconnected on LinkedIn and removed from LeadDelta.

You can also perform the bulk deletion by ticking the ${color}#9929bd on the left-hand side for the connections you wish to delete, clicking on the ellipsis (⋯) in the action bar and selecting Disconnect/Remove option.

LeadDelta team released the standalone web app which can be used on any device by going to the app.leaddelta.com. However, some features require having the LeadDelta extension installed in the background.

Extensions that are hosted on the Chrome Web Store are updated via the Chrome update mechanism which developers do not control.

Hover over Extensions from the dropdown, and click on the Manage Extensions button
Click the Developer Mode button on the right side of the header if it's not toggled already

Once the extension is updated, and you have the latest version of LeadDelta, please proceed and log back in.

Once you have successfully downloaded the extension, you have two convenient options for logging in: you can use the in-extension login screen, or simply click on the login button provided on the leaddelta.com website.

In both scenarios, the login process follows these steps:

You will be directed to the login page at app.leaddelta.com.
After a system check, if the extension is already downloaded, and you are logged into the correct LinkedIn account, you can proceed to access the extension.
