If you have problems login into your LeadDelta account, the most common reason is that you're trying to log in with a wrong password or the wrong email address.

If you're not sure what password is used for this process, please follow the steps to request a password reset:

Make sure to pin the LeadDelta extension to your Chrome browser
Once pinned, click on the "Manage connections" button
You will get to the log in screen
Above the password field you will see the "Forgot password" button
You will be presented with a new screen where you need to enter your email address

Make sure you're entering the right email address, it has to be the one you used to register for LeadDelta account

Click on the "Send Verification Code" button
Check your email for the verification code

In case you can't find the email in your Inbox make sure to check Spam and/ or Junk folders

Go back to Lead Delta and enter the code in the field
Click on the "Submit Verification Code" button
Type in your new password, confirm it, and click on the "Submit new password" button
