How to reset the password?

If you have problems logging into your LeadDelta account, the most common reason is that you're trying to log in with the wrong password or email address.

Another common reason is that you have used Google Single Sign-On when registering, so naturally, you do not have a password. Just use secure Google System to log in again.

Here is the step by step guide on how to request a password reset:

Go to this link: https://app.leaddelta.com/forgotPassword
Enter the correct email to send verification code
Please wait for our system to send you a code (check spam or junk folders)
Copy / paste the code
Set new password (must be at least 8 characters long; a password can contain letters, numbers, uppercase and lowercase characters, and symbols)
Log in again with the new password

When users create or change passwords, they must be at least 8 characters long. A password can contain letters, numbers, uppercase and lowercase characters, and symbols.

Make sure you're entering the right email address, it has to be the one you used to register for the LeadDelta account. If unsure, text the support.

In case you can't find the email in your Inbox make sure to check Spam and/ or Junk folders
