Export & Enrich LeadDelta Leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to a CSV (Business Emails)

Use LeadDelta inside Sales Navigator to extract prospects from your current results and automatically look for business emails and phone numbers, then download everything as a CSV.

What this feature does

Inside Sales Navigator, after you build a prospect list using LinkedIn filters, you have two ways to add/enrich people with LeadDelta:

1. Sidebar (single profile)

Add a person directly from the Sales Navigator page and enrich them one-by-one (including business email, personal email, and phone number via the sidebar experience).

2. Bulk export (CSV)

Click the pinned LeadDelta Chrome extension icon to extract multiple profiles from the page and look up business emails automatically—then download a CSV.

Bulk export: Step-by-step (CSV)

1. Open Sales Navigator and build your lead results using filters (example from the demo: company headcount, industry, etc.).
2. In Google Chrome, click the pinned LeadDelta extension icon.
3. Choose New list and give it a name (example shown: video test).
4. Select the number of connections/profiles to export (example shown: 5).

Note: exporting more can take longer.

5. Click Export to CSV.
6. LeadDelta will:

• • Extract the selected profiles from the page
  • Look for business emails

7. When it finishes, the CSV download starts automatically.

What you’ll see when it finishes

• A success message that profiles were extracted (example shown: “5 profiles extracted successfully”)
• A CSV file download
• In the demo, LeadDelta found 4 out of 5 business emails for the extracted profiles

Notes

• Email availability can vary by person/company, so results may differ from list to list.
• You can start the export and continue working while the enrichment runs (as shown in the demo workflow).

Troubleshooting

• CSV didn’t download
• • Check your browser download permissions and whether downloads are blocked.
  • Try exporting a smaller number of profiles first.
• Fewer emails found than profiles
• • Some profiles may not have a discoverable business email.
• Nothing happens after clicking export
• • Refresh the Sales Navigator page and try again.
  • Confirm you’re clicking the pinned LeadDelta extension icon.

FAQ

Can I enrich people one-by-one instead of exporting?

Yes—use the LeadDelta sidebar inside Sales Navigator for individual adds/enrichment.

Does bulk export find phone numbers too?

The demo explicitly shows bulk export finding business emails. Phone numbers are mentioned as part of the sidebar enrichment flow.
