Undefined Value inside LeadDelta Inbox?


Your connections show an undefined value inside the LeadDelta inbox?


If you opened your inbox and saw an "undefined" value instead of your contact's name, here are the steps you can take to get that out of the way.



Why Does This Happen?


This happens when you message:


  • Connections outside your 1st-degree LinkedIn network
  • Recently added connections not yet synced to LeadDelta


How to Fix It:


Please follow these steps:


  1. Go to SettingsBackground UpdateSync Your Connections
  2. Head to the Connections tab and refresh your screen when syncing is done
  3. Open your LeadDelta Smart Inbox
  4. Voilà! Your contacts' names should now appear correctly 🎉
