No Contact Available to Display in a sidebar... what to do?
If "no contact available to display" message is showing in the sidebar it can be one of two reasons:
The URL structure can vary when LinkedIn redirects users based on geographic location. Here are some examples:
Canada: A LinkedIn profile URL for a user in Canada might look like this: http://ca.linkedin.com/in/example, where "ca" represents Canada.
United Kingdom: Similarly, a user in the UK could have a URL like http://uk.linkedin.com/in/example.
Other Countries: Users from different countries will also have URLs that start with their respective country codes, following the same pattern.
This redirection occurs automatically based on the country in a user's profile settings. Because of this, your LeadDelta LinkedIn Sidebar might show "No Contact Available to Display." All you need to do is remove a country code from the URL... For example, switch from http:// ca.linkedin.com/in/example to http://linkedin.com/in/example.
Another URL structure that might confuse our system:
Bad URL: https://www.linkedin.com/in/profilename/?originalSubdomain=ca — trim this to:
Good URL: https://www.linkedin.com/in/profilename

Your daily limit:
Please head to https://app.leaddelta.com/settings/extension and check your daily "24 hour limit." If you increase that limit by a bit and after LinkedIn profile refresh your sidebar activity is back to normal it is likely due to the fact that you've looked at many new profiles and you've hit your daily limit.
