How to cancel my subscription?
We aim to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Here’s how you can cancel your subscription to LeadDelta:
Log In to Your Account: Start by logging in to your account on our website.
Access Subscription Settings: Navigate to the billing section in the account settings (by clicking on your image in the top right corner).
Cancel Subscription: Select the option to cancel your subscription. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation or opt-in to pause the account for time-being.
You may be asked to provide feedback on why you’re cancelling, which helps us improve our service.
Confirmation: Once you’ve completed the cancellation process, you will receive a confirmation pop up. This pop up will confirm that your subscription has been successfully cancelled and provide details on when your current access will expire.
Immediate or End of Billing Cycle: Depending on your subscription terms, you will either retain access until the end of your current billing cycle or the cancellation may take effect immediately. This information will be provided during the cancellation process and in the confirmation pop up.
Data retention: Your account will be accessible for a certain period of time, after which it will be closed permanently and all your user data will be deleted.
