What to look for if you're having issues logging in?

If you are having trouble logging into your LeadDelta account, first, make sure your LeadDelta extension is running on the latest available version. Secondly, make sure to turn off any ad blocker extensions you have installed in your web browser.

LeadDelta requires certain permissions and connections to sync with your LinkedIn profile, which aggressive ad blockers can interfere with.
Extensions like Privacy Badger and other similar ad blockers may prevent LeadDelta from connecting to your LinkedIn account during the login process.

To resolve this: Disable or turn off your ad blocker extension in your browser settings. Here’s how:
Go to: chrome://extensions/
Locate the extension you want to turn off
Toggle OFF
Refresh the LeadDelta login page and try signing in again

Other Aggressive Ad Blockers



Even if you don’t have Privacy Badger specifically, other ad blockers that are very strict or aggressive in blocking content may also interfere with LeadDelta’s ability to sync with LinkedIn.

If you continue to have issues logging in after disabling your ad blocker, try these additional troubleshooting steps.

Note: turning them off for LeadDelta website won’t work, they have to be disabled (toggled off - see above).
