How to update payment method

General Steps to Update Your Payment Method

Log In to Your Account: Start by logging in to your account on our website.

Access Subscription Settings: Navigate to the billing section in the account settings (by clicking on your image in the top right corner), and click on the Payment Method tab.

Change Payment Method

You will be able to see your current payment method. To change it, click on the Change payment method button.

Enter your new card details, including card number, expiration date, and CVV.

Add new CC

Ensure you save any changes you’ve made. Some credit card issuers may require you to confirm your identity through a verification process (e.g., a code sent to your email or phone).

Payment Declined: If your payment is declined after updating, double-check that your card details are correct, that you have enough funds, and that there are no restrictions on the card.
