How to cancel my LeadDelta trial?
Please follow these steps to cancel your active LeadDelta Trial and remove your account and data from our database...
A. If you are a single user of your LeadDelta Workspace, meaning you don't have other users in current or other Workspaces, you can proceed:
Log in to your LeadDelta App with the Email Account you want to remove: app.leaddelta.com
Go to Your Profile > Settings > Admin or click this link: https://app.leaddelta.com/settings/admin

Then click on the tab "Account overview"
Click "Delete" and follow the prompts

After that, please remove the LeadDelta Chrome Extension from your browser if you installed it.
B. If you have multiple users in one or more LeadDelta Workspaces, your "Delete Account" button will not be clickable. We do this to protect other peoples data from a single user's action. Please reach out to our support team, and we will perform the Deletion Action on your behalf:
Please send an official email with your request to our team at support@leaddelta.com
Provide the email address you used to register the account with LeadDelta
We will get back to you within 3 business days with a deletion confirmation
After that, please remove the LeadDelta Chrome Extension from your browser if you installed it.
