How to cancel my LeadDelta subscription?

If you're paying user and you need to take a break from using your LeadDelta account, you can cancel the subscription at any point of time by following the steps below:

Log into your LeadDelta account
Click on the top right image and go to the billing section
Click on the cancel button
Finish the quick feedback survey
Remove the extension from your browser

Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and it will be automatically transferred the EXPIRED stage after the subscription has reached its end date.

Your account will be accessible for a certain period of time, after which it will be closed permanently and all your user data will be deleted.

Removing the extension will not cancel your subscription. You need to follow the explained cancellation flow instead.
