Can I pause my subscription?

In case you need to pause your subscription for the time-being, while making sure your data remains secure, you can do so from the billing section once you log in.

Pausing Duration: You can pause your subscription for a period of up to [ 1 month, 2 months, 3 months]. During this time, your account and data will be securely stored, and you will not be billed.

No Access During Pause: While your subscription is paused, you will not have access to the service or its features. However, your data and settings will be preserved.

Reactivate Anytime: You can reactivate your subscription at any time during the pause period. Once reactivated, you will regain full access to your account and all its features immediately.

How to Pause: To pause your subscription, please log in to your account, go to the subscription settings, and click on the Cancel button. You will get the pop up asking you to select the pause option. You can also reach out to our support team at support@leaddelta.com, and they will assist you with the process.

Billing: During the paused period, billing will be halted. Your subscription will automatically resume and billing will restart at the end of the pause period unless you choose to reactivate earlier or cancel.
