Auto-Tags

Are you tired of manually applying Tags when importing new leads into LeadDelta via Sidebar? If your answer is "yes," then you're not alone. We've all been there, and it's about time for a change.
Say hello to Auto-Tags, a revolutionary feature that is set to transform the way you track the origins of your connections. With Auto-Tags, LeadDelta is taking a leap forward, making your work smarter and more efficient.

Auto-Tags is a breakthrough feature that automagically assigns tags to your connections when they are added to LeadDelta. The magic happens behind the scenes, as the system intelligently identifies the channels your contacts originate from and applies the relevant tags accordingly. This means that your new leads will be automatically categorized, saving you precious time and reducing the risk of missing an important lead.

Auto Tags

Here's how it works:

Once your connections get synced into the system, Auto-Tags will seamlessly integrate into your workflow by applying the appropriate tag to your connections.

The system recognizes and tracks which channels your connections come from.

There are several auto (default) tags:

New Connection- When a new connection gets synced into the system it gets labeled with this tag. It's a temporary tag and it will be removed after 7 days. The purpose of it is to help you identify the new connections to be able to segment them further.

Disconnected- When you're no longer connected with someone, LeadDelta will show you those connections by auto-applying this tag. The tag is permanent and can't be removed.

LinkedIn- This tag represents the main source of your connections. As we keep allowing different import sources, it will help you identify the origin of your contacts.

LinkedIn 1st- This tag gets applied to your 1st degree LinkedIn connections so you can easily differentiate people from your network vs. people outside of your network.

Imported- When you add new leads via Sidebar, the system will automatically take care of the tagging for you.

CSV- This tag will be applied to the connections added through the manual import.

If you don't want to use Auto-Tags and you don't need to see them on the connections page, you can easily hide them by going to the settings page.

How to hide Auto-Tags

With Auto-Tags, you can say goodbye to the tedious task of manual tagging. This not only saves you time but also allows you to focus on more critical tasks that require your attention.

Thanks,
Your LeadDelta team
