What Is Warm Intro AI by LeadDelta:

Warm Intro AI is a LeadDelta feature that helps you find the strongest warm introduction path to any person in your workspace. Instead of sending cold outreach, you can discover who in your network (or your team's network) already knows your target — and how strong that relationship actually is. The system analyzes 10+ signals to score and rank every possible intro path, generates a personalized message template, and lets you send it directly through LeadDelta or LinkedIn. Warm Intro AI is available on the Business Plan.


When to Use It

Use Warm Intro AI when you want to:

  • Get introduced to a prospect, lead, or target contact through someone who actually knows them
  • Find out which team member has the strongest connection to a person you're trying to reach
  • Prioritize outreach by relationship strength rather than guessing which mutual connection to ask
  • Run a batch intro search across your entire target list (up to 50 contacts per day)


How to Use Warm Intro AI — Step by Step


Step 1: Make sure your contacts are in LeadDelta

Before running an intro search, the target person needs to exist as a contact in your workspace. There are several ways to add contacts:

  • LinkedIn sync — Your 1st-degree connections sync automatically every day.
  • LeadDelta sidebar — Add any 2nd or 3rd-degree LinkedIn profile directly from the sidebar extension.
  • CSV import — Upload a file of contacts.
  • LeadSearch — Use LeadDelta's built-in database to find and add people.
Contacts don't have to be your LinkedIn connections — anyone added to your workspace is searchable.


Step 2: Run a solo intro search in the Contacts

To find warm intro paths to a single contact:

  1. Go to your contacts list.
  2. Find the person you want an intro to.
  3. Click "Find intros" in the Warm Intro AI column next to their name.



Step 3: Run a bulk intro search

To find warm intro paths for multiple contacts at once:

  1. Go to your contacts list.
  2. Select up to 50 contacts using the checkboxes.
  3. Click the bulk action button and select "Find intros."
50 is the daily limit per seat. That's over 1,000 intros per month.


Step 4: Review your intro paths

After the search runs, you'll see the number of warm paths available for each contact (e.g., "94 intro paths" or "211 intro paths"). Click the number to open the results.

Each intro path shows:

  • The connector — The person in your network who can introduce you.
  • Relationship strength score — Rated as Strongest, Strong, Medium, or Low with a percentage (e.g., 98%).
  • Visual path — A diagram showing You → Connector → Target.
  • Relationship highlights — AI-generated context like "Worked together at PilotHQ from 2021 to 2023" or "Regularly engage with each other's LinkedIn posts."




Step 5: Use filters to narrow results

You have two levels of filters:

First filter — Network scope:

  • My LeadDelta network — All your contacts, including imported contacts and 1st-degree LinkedIn connections.
  • My LinkedIn network — Only your 1st-degree LinkedIn connections.
  • Workspace LeadDelta network — All contacts across your entire LeadDelta workspace (including teammates' contacts).
  • Workspace LinkedIn network — Connections where at least one workspace member is a 1st-degree LinkedIn connection.

When you select either workspace option, a second filter appears letting you select specific workspace members to see their overlaps.

You can also sort results from strongest to weakest (or vice versa).


Step 6: Review and send the intro message

For each intro path, LeadDelta's AI generates a suggested message template personalized with the connector's name, the target's name, and the target's company.

  1. Click on the connector's intro path card to see the message.
  2. Review and edit the message — always double-check AI-generated messages before sending.
  3. If the connector is a 1st-degree LinkedIn connection, click "Message [Name]" to send directly through LeadDelta/LinkedIn.


Step 7: Refresh paths as your network grows

Your LeadDelta workspace keeps evolving — new members join, new connections sync, new contacts are imported. Click "Refresh Paths" on any contact to re-run the intro search with the latest data.



AI Scoring Signals

Warm Intro AI analyzes 10+ signals to score each path, including:

  • Length of overlapping employment
  • Target–mutual connection match
  • Multiple overlaps between connector and target
  • Recency of the connection
  • Education overlap
  • Department and role proximity
  • Mutual connections or shared workspace users
  • Messaging activity
  • Location proximity


FAQs

Q: How many intro searches can I run per day? You can run solo searches with 50 per day, limit. For bulk searches, you can select up to 50 contacts per day. That's well over 1,000 intros per month per seat.

Q: Does the target person need to be my LinkedIn connection? No. Contacts in LeadDelta don't have to be your connections. You can add anyone via the sidebar, CSV import, or LeadSearch. The system will still find intro paths through your network.


Q: Can I see intro paths through my teammates' connections? Yes — use the "Workspace LeadDelta network" or "Workspace LinkedIn network" filter. Anyone who has been invited to your workspace and accepted will have their connections searchable for intro paths.


Q: Is Warm Intro AI available on all plans? No. Warm Intro AI is available on the Business Plan only.


Q: What if no intro paths are found? This can happen if there's no overlap between your workspace's network and the target contact. Try adding more workspace members (each new member unlocks their entire network), importing additional contacts, or checking back later as your network grows. You can always click "Refresh Paths" to re-run the search.
