Overview

Why connect LeadDelta (LinkedIn) to HubSpot?

LeadDelta — LinkedIn integration for HubSpot. Sync & enrich profiles. **Most of your relationship-building happens on **LinkedIn—in your social graph, messages, and your team’s combined network—not inside your CRM. That leads to scattered data, manual copy-paste, and missed warm opportunities.

By connecting LeadDelta and HubSpot, you:

  • Bring social graph data into your CRM

Turn your personal and team LinkedIn connections into structured HubSpot contacts, lists, and deals—without spreadsheets or manual imports.

  • Activate warm, real relationships

Use filters like “people I messaged last month”, “trial users”, or “connections my teammates know” to build smart HubSpot segments based on actual LinkedIn behavior.

  • Reduce manual work and data chaos

LeadDelta enriches and updates LinkedIn profiles daily. Then you send clean, mapped profiles into HubSpot with a few clicks, ensuring consistent data across your GTM stack.

  • Give your team visibility into your combined network

See who on your team is connected to which accounts, and push those connections into HubSpot so sales, success, and leadership have the same, up-to-date view.

In short: LeadDelta turns your LinkedIn activity into structured, reportable HubSpot data, so you can measure social selling, attribute deals, and build repeatable GTM motions—without losing the context that sits in LinkedIn today.

What data is shared between LeadDelta and HubSpot?

Note: Exact fields depend on how you configure your field mapping and which properties you create or use in HubSpot.

From LeadDelta to HubSpot (current version)

When you export contacts from LeadDelta to HubSpot, you can typically send:

  • Core contact information
    • First name, last name
    • Job title
    • Company name
    • Location (where available)
  • LinkedIn profile context
    • LinkedIn profile URL
    • Degree of connection (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
    • Who on your team is connected to them (if mapped to HubSpot properties)
  • Enriched data (where available in your LeadDelta plan)
    • Business and/or personal email(s)
    • Phone number(s)
    • Company domain & firmographic data (e.g. size, industry), if you store those in LeadDelta fields
  • Account & pipeline actions
    • Contact creation / updates in HubSpot
    • Optional list memberships (adding exported contacts to specific lists)
    • Workflow enrollments (e.g. nurture sequences, trial follow-up flows)
    • Deal creation, where contacts can be attached to deals at export time

How field mapping controls shared data

  • LeadDelta will auto-map common fields between LeadDelta and HubSpot.
  • You can add custom mappings so that any extra fields you track in LeadDelta (e.g. lead stage, trial type, source, persona) flow into the correct HubSpot properties.
  • Every time you export, LeadDelta uses this mapping to either:
    • Create new records in HubSpot, or
    • Update existing records with fresher LinkedIn/enriched data, depending on your HubSpot configuration.

This gives you fine-grained control: you decide which parts of your LinkedIn and enrichment data belong in HubSpot, and how they’re structured.

Coming soon: Deeper sync between LinkedIn, LeadDelta & HubSpot

We’re just getting started. Over the next versions, we’re working on deeper, more automated syncing so HubSpot becomes the source of truth for everything happening on LinkedIn.

1. Syncing LinkedIn comments via LeadDelta

What’s coming:

  • Sync comments you or your team leave on LinkedIn posts (through LeadDelta) as activities into HubSpot.
  • Use these comments to:
    • Track engagement touchpoints on key accounts
    • See who is actively building relationships with which prospects
    • Build reports around “social touches” vs. outcomes

This turns casual “like and comment” behavior into measurable pipeline-influencing activity.

2. Two-way sync of notes, tags, tasks, and templates

What’s coming:

  • Bi-directional sync of:
    • Notes
    • Tags
    • Tasks
    • Message templates / snippets

Between LeadDelta ↔ HubSpot.

Why it matters:

  • Tag a contact in LeadDelta (e.g. “Tier 1 ICP – Founder”) and have that tag reflected as a property or label in HubSpot.
  • Create a follow-up task in HubSpot and surface it in LeadDelta when you’re working from LinkedIn.
  • Align workflows so that everyone sees the same segmentation, status, and context, whether they live in LinkedIn (LeadDelta) or in HubSpot.

3. Syncing LinkedIn messages and DMs

What’s coming:

  • Sync LinkedIn DMs from LeadDelta into HubSpot as timeline activities.
  • Long term, our goal is a two-way sync, so actions in HubSpot (like task completion or certain workflow steps) can be reflected in how you work out of LeadDelta.

What this will enable:

  • A complete activity timeline in HubSpot: sequences, calls, emails and LinkedIn DMs all in one place.
  • Better attribution and reporting: see which LinkedIn conversations actually move deals forward.
  • No more copy-pasting message history from LinkedIn into CRM notes.
