Bulk messaging is one of LeadDelta’s most powerful features. Whether you’re managing your network solo or collaborating in a shared workspace, this guide will walk you through how to send personalized messages to your 1st-degree LinkedIn connections—up to 25 at a time.

✅ Step 1: Go to Your Connections Tab

Head over to the Connections tab inside LeadDelta.
🔍 Note: If you’re in a shared workspace, you’ll see all connections from your team. If you’re using LeadDelta individually, you’ll only see your own.

🔎 Step 2: Filter for Messageable Connections

To ensure you’re only messaging people you’re allowed to (1st-degree LinkedIn connections):
Click Filter on the right-hand side.
Scroll down to Auto Tags.
Select LinkedIn 1st OR New Connection.
This filter helps you isolate people you're directly connected with on LinkedIn, which is required for messaging through the platform.

✍️ Step 3: Select and Compose Your Message

Select up to 25 connections on the page.
Click the Message button.
Write a new message or:
Use a Saved Template.
Add dynamic placeholders like {firstName} for personalization.
Use AI tools to set the tone, fix grammar, translate, or condense your message.
Example:
“Hey {firstName}, welcome to my network! Looking forward to connecting.”
Once ready, click Send — and LeadDelta will execute the messages via LinkedIn, directly into your recipients’ inboxes.

⚠️ Why Is There a 25 Message Limit?

LinkedIn has strict limits and enforcement policies against automation and spammy behavior. To comply with LinkedIn's best practices and ensure your account stays safe, LeadDelta allows up to 25 messages per batch.
If you’re an active LinkedIn user or sales rep sending 50–100 messages per day, it’s safe to run multiple batches of 25 messages throughout the day.

Set your pagination to 25 items per page (bottom right of the table) to streamline your selection process.
For team workspaces, filter by personal connections if you only want to message your own contacts.
