How to accept workspace invitation and signup with SSO Okta to LeadDelta?

Here's how to accept a workspace invitation and create a LeadDelta account if you don't have one, using the OKTA SSO method (available only to Enterprise Tier).


It takes no more than 5 minutes and probably way less.


Steps:


  1. The Admin of your LeadDelta Workspace needs to invite you first using the email you provide (emails are case-sensitive).



  1. Your company's IT admin needs to correctly configure the same email address in your company's Okta. Very important!


  1. You will get an email from LeadDelta with the invitation Link. Please accept.


  1. Accept the welcome message and create a LeadDelta account by going to Sign Up.




  1. Select SSO as a method.


  1. Add your email and follow the next steps via Okta.


  1. Once you are in the Workspace, install LeadDelta Chrome Extension inside a Chrome Browser.


  1. Once you install LeadDelta Chrome Extension, in the same browser log in to your LinkedIn.


  1. Then on the homepage click Sync your Connections.


Keep the tab open it will take anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes to Sync your Connections into a joint team workspace.
