How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Here’s how you can upgrade or downgrade your account:

Upgrading Your Account:

Log In to Your Account: Start by logging in to your account on our website.

Access Subscription Settings: Navigate to the billing section in the account settings (by clicking on your image in the top right corner)

Buy Seats: Select the option to upgrade your subscription. You’ll see a list of available plans with detailed descriptions of the additional features and benefits.

Select Plan: Choose the plan you want to upgrade to and follow the prompts to confirm your selection. Any pro-rata adjustments will be calculated automatically.

Confirmation: Once the upgrade is complete, you will receive a confirmation pop up. The new features and benefits will be available immediately.

Billing Adjustments: When upgrading, the cost difference will be calculated and charged on a pro-rate basis for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

If you wish to add/remove member slots to your team, click on the Change team size button and follow the steps to add more seats.

Downgrading Your Account:

Log In to Your Account: Start by logging in to your account on our website.

Access Subscription Settings: Navigate to the billing section in the account settings (by clicking on your image in the top right corner).

Choose View Plans: Select the option to downgrade your subscription. You’ll see a list of available plans and the features you will retain or lose with the downgrade.

Downgrade

Select Plan: Choose the plan you want to downgrade to and follow the prompts to confirm your selection. Note that downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Confirmation: Once the downgrade is complete, you will receive a confirmation pop-up. Your account will reflect the new plan details and features at the appropriate time.

Billing Adjustments: When downgrading, the new rate will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can download the previous invoices by clicking on the Billing history tab.
