Understanding Credits and Enrichment in LeadDelta

LeadDelta helps you unlock more value from your network through contact enrichment. Here's how our credits system works, how to use it, and what to expect when enriching emails and phone numbers.


🔍 What is Enrichment?

Enrichment means we try to find verified contact details (like personal email, business email, or phone number) for your contacts using a waterfall methodology, we go through multiple vendors and data sources in a smart, layered way to find the best data available.


We only charge you when we find a verified result.


💳 What Counts as a Credit?

Here’s how credits are used:

  • 1 Business (B2B) email found = 1 credit
  • 1 Personal email found = 3 credits
  • 1 Phone number found = 10 credits
💡 Even if we find multiple emails or phone numbers for a single contact, we’ll only deduct once per type—you won’t get double charged.


📦 How Do Credits Work?

You can get credits by:

  • Subscribing to a monthly or annual plan, or / and
  • Making a one-time purchase


Credits are flexible and can be used however you choose—just emails, just phones, or a mix of both.


🔁 Do Credits Expire?

Yes, but the expiration depends on how you got them:

  • Monthly subscription: Credits are valid for 2 months
  • Annual plan: Credits are valid for 12 months
  • One-time purchase: Credits are valid for 3 months

Unused credits automatically roll over within these timeframes. If you run out, you can always top up with more.


👥 Are Credits Shared?

Yes. Credits are shared across all members in your Workspace. Every teammate can use the shared credit pool as needed. (Note: Setting individual limits per teammate is not yet available, but it’s on our roadmap.)


🛒 Need More Credits?

No problem. You can:

  • Upgrade/downgrade your plan anytime (you’ll get the new credits instantly)
  • Buy more credits manually on top of your subscription
  • Renew early to reset your subscription and receive new credits right away
