🗂 File Upload Guidelines

To get started, you’ll need to upload a CSV file that meets the following requirements:

✔️ File Format: .csv
✔️ File Size Limit: Up to 5MB
✔️ Max Rows: 15,000 LinkedIn URLs per file
✔️ Encoding: UTF-8 (for special character compatibility)
✔️ One Sheet Only: Multi-sheet files won’t work
✔️ Header Row Required: Include a descriptive column name like LinkedIn URL

💡 Pro tip: We recommend using Google Sheets instead of Excel to avoid encoding or formatting issues. Once done, simply download your sheet as a CSV and upload it to LeadDelta.

⚠️ Troubleshooting Uploads

If your file:

• isn't in .csv format
• is too large
• lacks a LinkedIn URL column
• or includes unsupported encoding
  ...you’ll see an error message. No worries — just double-check your file using the guide above.
