How to Fix Column Display Issues in LeadDelta


If your columns in LeadDelta are not displaying correctly or you’re unable to reorder, show, or hide them — don’t worry! This can usually be resolved in just a few quick steps.

Common Issue


In some cases, especially after an update or if you haven’t used the app in a while, the table may appear without visible columns or with incorrect column settings.

Quick Fix Steps


Go to "Connections" tab: https://app.leaddelta.com/connections
Click the “Change Columns” button in the top-left corner of the table view.
A menu will appear showing all available columns: Click "**Reset to default**"
If no columns are showing or the behavior seems buggy:
Refresh the page.
Clear your browser cache and log back in.

Still Not Working?


If you’re still experiencing issues:
Make sure you’re using the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Disable browser extensions that could conflict with the UI (especially other LinkedIn tools).
Try opening LeadDelta in Incognito mode to rule out local browser conflicts.
