# If I remove a LinkedIn Connection will they remain a follower of mine? If I remove someone are they still a follower?

When you remove a connection on LinkedIn, you will also lose them as a follower. 

This change was confirmed in a recent update, indicating that when you choose to disconnect from someone, you are automatically unfollowing them as well.

Therefore, if you remove a LinkedIn connection, they will no longer see your updates, and you will not see theirs.
