This happens to 1 in 50 users and can be resolved fairly quickly:

a) Please ensure that you are using Chrome Browser since we only support it.
b) Also, please make sure that you have the latest version of Chrome & LeadDelta.
c) The best is to use Gmail, but GSuite or GWorkspace (Premium Gmails) work, too.

Turn pop-ups on or off
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More. Settings.
Under 'Privacy and security', click Site settings.
Click Pop-ups and redirects.
At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked.

Unrestricted scope (usually for Gmail premiums > GSuite and GWorkspace):

Check if any pop-up blocker is blocking it
If using multiple screens is it hiding on one or behind a window?
Last resort: in 2 minutes create a free gmail account if you don't have one. If at some point in time you want to change the email you use to register we will enable it.

Click Inspect
Click on the tab that says Console
Now select the whole Console result (errors etc), copy and send it to
